PA to Chief Executive

MotorSport Vision's Chief Executive, Jonathan Palmer, requires an exceptional PA to assist him with this exciting business. With five British motorsport circuits to manage and develop, and involvement in the Formula Two and British Superbike Championships, the challenges are varied and never-ending!

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a fast moving, often hectic environment and will need to be bright, conscientious and very hardworking as long hours will be quite normal. He/she must be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent; they will be a confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English and will be able to exercise judgment to manage competing priorities. A high level of accuracy and presentation with strong Outlook, Word, Excel and typing skills are essential (more so than experience), as is an understanding of how to deal with sensitive and confidential information. This is a tough job that will demand the highest of standards but one that will provide enormous satisfaction for the right applicant. It is essential that the PA is based within 30 minutes of the Horsham, West Sussex, head office, so relocation may well be necessary, but the role will also involve considerable travel around the circuits.
